ForeverSober is a recovery companion application designed to support individuals on their journey to sobriety. The App provides personalized daily tasks, sobriety tracking, savings calculations, panic support features, and AI-powered content to assist in addiction recovery.

ForeverSober does not assume responsibility or liability for any physical, mental, emotional, or situational consequences that may arise from reliance on the content, features, or tools provided in the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.

ForeverSober offers premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's policies.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized daily tasks and content. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice. Always use your judgment and consult professionals when needed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
